Pricing
We only despatch goods once we have received full payment for goods ordered.
Please note our minimum order value is £10.00 Excluding Post & Packing.
We do not offer any form of credit to any of our customers.
We accept all types of Visa, Master card, Visa Debit, Electron, Maestro, Solo cards. We will accept cheque and postal orders payments but goods will only be despatched upon clearance.
Cheques returned unpaid will carry a £25.00 surcharge.
All pricing is calculated from Pounds Sterling to the selected local currency and is intended only as a guide. The actual amount taken from the customer will be dependent on their credit company and the exchange rates used at the time of the transaction. Flashdance accepts no responsibility for additional charge discrepancy in price from that quoted on the website to what is charged to the customer's account.
Delivery
We deliver to the credit card holder's address. We do not except responsibility for delivery to any other address.
Any delivery date we give is an estimate.
Flashdancwear.com are not liable for any loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses incurred by delayed delivery.
Flashdancewear.com is not liable for proven non delivery unless reported within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date.
Saturdays are not classified as normal working days. Saturday deliveries will incur a heavy surcharge to our normal rates.
Delivery charges quoted may change without notification due to changes in postage, parcel or fuel prices.
Exchange or Returns
All postage for exchanged goods to be paid by the customer.
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item for merchandise exchange, website credit or a credit card refund. Shipping is non-refundable. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Flashdancewear.com.
A 35% re-stocking charge will be levied at Flashdancewear.com’s discretion!
Please include the receipt that you printed online. Wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for return shipment. If you do not have your online receipt, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address:

Please allow 1-4 weeks for the processing of returns. Shoes must be returned unworn and in original unmarked box. Shoes that show signs of wear will not be accepted. Shoe boxes should not be damaged or have writing on them . We will notify you via e-mail of your exchange or credit card refund after we have completely processed the returned item . International exchanges are charged based on the actual shipping rate.
Please Note: We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Fitting information is suggested as a guide and cannot be guaranteed. In the interest of hygiene TIGHTS, POINTE SHOES, CATSUITS, TUTU’S and CLEARANCE ITEMS are final sales and we do not process returns for these items. SPECIAL ORDERS cannot be returned for any reason. Undergarments of any kind are not returnable. If you have a question about what falls into this category, please do not hesitate to e-mail us. Clothes must be returned with all tags intact. If any tags are m issing, the merchandise will not be accepted. Thank you for your cooperation.
